Help Dieting

November 21, 2008 on 6:40 pm | In life | 1113 Comments

Fentraphen is a new diet drug that has well replaced the outlawed types of super diet aids. It is more efficient and safer. Consumer comments show it works really well. It is always still a good idea to talk to a doctor before taking them to be sure your system is able to handle such drugs. I think I am going to set up an appointment and see if that will help me out. I am having a really hard time dieting lately. I can’t even remember why I thought it was so easy last year and I do not want to lose ground and go back to where I was.

How to Track Visitors

November 21, 2008 on 6:32 pm | In life | No Comments

If you have a business you need to know how digital signage works to help you know who has been on your site, where they came from, what type of servers they use and more. These are elements that can help you target your marketing better, know what advertising you are doing is working and more. Many programs use this type of tracking but having your own can really pinpoint your audience accurately. Any time you are selling anything nowadays with the market so spread out and a global ecommerce selection possible it is even more important than every before. I sell a lot of different things so keeping track of what visitors are looking at can be even more difficult with just a bare minimum of information. Complete breakdowns are important so a dedicated signage system is the only way to go.

Even blogs like these have some form of tracking so that you can see who is coming in and when you just have a chat website or one item website that can be plenty. At the very least it is interesting and fun. I need to know more, and anyone who has a lot of different items needs extra information. It’s smart to research your options and find out how you can get more accurate information because it saves a lot of money in marketing that isn’t working, and products that aren’t selling in the long run.

Goober’s Pool

Speaking of pools, Goober apparently has decided that the water dish in his cage is his own personal pool, or bathtub, whichever. Regardless of what he thinks it is, he definately makes a mess with it when he decides to go ‘bathing’.

Peace and Truth are what Linus Gitahi is all About

November 14, 2008 on 2:53 pm | In life | 1129 Comments

Check out the interview with Linus Gitahi and you will understand why this man is a part of a leading force in truth and freedom in Africa’s long-suffering national struggle for peace. Linus Gitahi believes that the media plays a large role in shaping public opinion, and for that reason should be accountable for the truth it produces. Media sources should not be accountable to public political figures, religions, or other factions that would propagandize the truth for their own benefit. That is the only way that true freedom and choice can exist for a nation.

As the CEO of Nation Media Group Linus Gitahi practices what he preaches. He and his wife and daughters live in the country they so vigilantly support making their home in Nairobi, Kenya where his prominent paper is independant of any political, commercial, or religious factions and seeks to uphold the truth in print so that the people of his nation can make educated choices that will benefit their lives and the well-being of the nation as a whole.

Mr. Gitahi has a long history of commitment and leadership beginning with the head of marketing for Africa in London with GlaxoSmithKlein pharmaceudicals and advancing to the position of CEO. Now he is the CEO of the largest news media company in East and Central Africa and he brings all of his experience with corporate dealings how that affects the people of his country to his role.

A Rock Star Paradise from Shasta Pools

November 14, 2008 on 2:38 pm | In life | No Comments

I’m not sure why it is but the moment winter starts to set in I begin to think of all the things I’d like to do outdoors. We used to have a pool when we first moved here and it was nice but it was just one of the above ground models you can get anywhere. Now that the kids are grown, although we still have grandkids who can enjoy a pool, and we have a little more money I’d love to get a real ’super star’ pool like they build at Shasta Pools. You should see amazing designs and extras you can get from Shasta Pools. Their website at http://www.shastapools.com has terrific examples of what they can do for the people of Arizona. They are members of the Master Pools Guild so they are always on top of the latest advances in pool building. A great pool company like Shasta Pools also repairs damanged pools so that they look new again.

My house may not be a rock star mansion, but my backyard can look like a rock star playground with a Shasta Pools inground paradise. Check them out and see what they can do for your backyard.

Serious Play

November 13, 2008 on 10:44 am | In life | 471 Comments

When Goober came here he really didn’t know how to play with toys. He didn’t have any in his cage and obviously didn’t understand the concept. Well, he started slowly a few weeks ago to play with some toys gingerly… last night he got down and dirty though and finally understood the true concept of playtime…

Serious Diet Help

November 13, 2008 on 10:38 am | In life | No Comments

I’ve often wondered about the claims of many of the wonder diet drugs out there. Thankfully there are great reviews for products like Hydroxycut to help gauge the way they work for various individuals. I need some help because these last few months have been a DISASTER on the diet front. I think it’s the stress. I can’t even remember how and why I felt it was so easy last year to lose all that weight. It was. I do remember that. I just can’t seem to find that again and it bothers me daily. I’m about to try some stronger help than I used last month. That seemed to work for a day or two but then stopped.

Simon the Sun Conure joined the family here this weekend and has truly become MY bird in every way. He just adores me and wants nothing to do with anyone else. Here are some pictures of simon, in his carrying cage then in his big new cage too and a few just on my shoulder and playing with toys on my shoulder.

I know What I Want For Christmas

November 11, 2008 on 4:53 pm | In life | No Comments

I had a long drive the other morning and at times like those I really miss having a watch. I haven’t had one for about a year since my last one got lost and for the most part I’m okay but when I go out I really miss having one. I saw some Oceanus watches that I really liked. I am going to ask Santa for one this Christmas. I’ve been a good girl. My personal Santa likes me to be on time too so I can make that a play for why I need a really good watch. This is probably the first time in years I know exactly what I want for Christmas. Usually I just say, oh I don’t know whatever you think of, dear, I mean Santa.
